Winter is coming to an end, but it doesn't mean we need to stop indulging in chocolate, right? Indulge your customers in the wonderful taste, velvety mouthfeel, and delicious aroma of our Chocolate Abyss. Here are five different ways you can enjoy our 30% and 40% chocolate powders.

1

Elevate your breakfast offer

We’ve all heard of the chocolate overnight oats, chocolate porridge, chocolate granola and similar recipes. What if we told you that you can kick-start your morning with the perfect combination chocolate, coffee and pancake in one bite? These 3-for-1 Mocha Pancakes could just become a new favourite way for your customers to enjoy a morning coffee!

What you’ll need:

  • One scoop of Chocolate Abyss
  • 2 tablespoons of ground coffee
  • 1 large egg
  • ¾ cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • 1 cup of flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • A tiny bit of sugar, salt and vanilla extract

Method:

Mix all ingredients together, whisk into a smooth batter and place on a heated pan! Simple, tasty and opens a whole wide of possibilities to experiment with various toppings!

2

Add a post-workout smoothie into the mix

Think of that health conscious customer who has finished a workout and is craving chocolate, but fully aware that they should be focusing on protein intake instead.

Try blending one banana, one scoop of Chocolate Abyss, 200ml of milk and one scoop of your chosen chocolate protein powder. Try this recipe with peanut butter, frozen berries, pears, or any sugar free syrups for a nutritious and delicious treat!

3

Bake your own treats

Vegan chocolate & banana ice cream

-

Let us set the scene… the sun is out… you’ve got a queue outside, you’ve run out of ice, all your customers are screaming for cold and frozen drinks and desserts and nothing’s going right but you need a quick and easy solution! Here goes…

Slice some bananas and put them in the freezer for at least 25 minutes (or keep them in the freezer until you’re making your ice cream).

Use 2-3 sliced frozen bananas and a scoop of Chocolate Abyss. Blend in a food processor until the mixture looks like ice cream. This treat is suitable for vegans, low in calories and guilt free!

PS. Throw in some maple syrup to add a little more sweetness.
